Bespoke Salon Policies 

Please note all of our staff are self employed and only get paid if we are doing clients. We have been experiencing a lot of no shows and last minute cancellations recently and have had to put some strict policies in place. We hope you can understand and respect our policies and look forward to seeing you in the salon.

 

 

Deposits.

All appointments booked require a non refundable deposit/booking fee, to be paid within 24 hours of booking. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, cash or card. Your deposit/booking fee can be taken off the total cost of your appointment or carried across if you rebook. Appointments won’t be held if a deposit hasn’t been paid. (Deposit cost will vary depending on cost of service.)

 

Late arrival.

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the original appointment and will also forfeit their deposit.

 

Last minute cancellations/ no shows.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations and no shows that break these rules will result in loss of deposit.

Service guarantee.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 7 days after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections within this time period. Refunds will not be granted.

Health history.

For your comfort and safety, please notify our staff if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

 

Right to refuse service.

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

 

Skin testing.

Some of our treatments require prior skin testing. Skin tests need to be carried at least 48 hours before treatment. Treatments that require skin testing WILL NOT be provided with out a skin test.

 

Age requirements.

Our chemical treatments can only be provided on clients aged 16+. Any one aged under 16 will be refused for these treatment. 

 

Data protection.

All and any client details kept by the salon will be stored appropriately and will not be given out to any third parties. Your details are kept for salon use only and you may request us to dispose of your personal details at any point.
